If you are interested in volunteering for the City of Rancho Cucamonga, please call (909) 477-2760 ext. 2202 or 2214 for a Volunteer Application.

Once completed, you can fax the application to (909) 477-2761 or mail the application to:

Please be advised that if you are volunteering to become a volunteer who handles money, drives or works with children (such as a coach for any Youth or Pee Wee sport activity) fingerprinting and clearance by the Department of Justice is required prior to approval.
