Another area of mediation pertains to public transportation complaints with regard to A.D.A. (Americans with Disabilities Act) guidelines. Senior services publishes a monthly newsletter that contains information for seniors living in the West End of San Bernardino County; and handles referrals for in-home care providers. For Ontario residents service also includes: assistance with completing a variety of government benefit forms or applications; housing and transportation assistance and referrals for handymen. No fees.
