- Provides emergency food for local residents in need

- Discusses the trauma experienced by battered women and their children

- Life Skills
- Helps battered women and children obtain the skills needed to enhance their potential

- Parenting Class
- Provides parenting education and information for parents for children under the age of 5 and teen mothers. Wednesday 4p.m.-6p.m. Please bring the following documents to your first class:
- ID/Drivers License (Parents/Guardian)Proof of Address (Electric Bill, TANF Report)Proof of Family Income (Paycheck, TANF, etc.)Proof of age of Children (Birth Certificate, Immunization Records)

- A support group for parents and professional who live or work with children and young adults with special needs3rd Thursday of the month 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. Concurrent Youth Adult Social Group 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Participants must be 16 or older and must have the ability to function independently in a small group of peers for the duration of the meeting.
- Parents must attend the Pomona Valley / Inland Learning Disabilities Association meeting. No drop offs, please
- Rainbow Reading Club
- An interactive program for children ages 3-5 and the parentsEnhance your child’s reading capability through silly games, songs, arts and crafts. Tuesdays 6:00p.m. – 7:00p.m.

- Al-Anon Support Group
- A program that offered to family members and friends whose lives are affected by an alcoholic.

- Alcoholics Anonymous
- A program that is set forth in twelve steps; offering the alcoholic a way to develop a satisfying life without alcohol.

- DBSA Rancho Cucamonga (Depressive Bipolar Support Alliance)
- A program for individuals, family and/or friends who are affected by Bipolar disorder, depression, or mood disorders

- A program for those with alcohol, chemical or similar dependencies

- Behavioral Health Workshops
- Workshops that provide help to families in topics such as bullying, ADHD, blended families, teen communication

- Healthcare Education and Referrals
- Provides education, enrollment and application assistance to uninsured children as well as health referral information for adults and seniors

Youth and Teens
- Alateen
- A program that is offered to family members and friends whose lives are affected by an alcoholic. Specifically geared towards youth ages 13-21.
- Monday 6:00p.m.-7:30p.m.
- Teens Life Skills
- A life skills program for youth that strives to equip them with the necessary skills to reach their potential. This program will teach youth how to make quality decisions and how the decisions they make today will impact their future.
- Fridays at 4:00p.m.-5:00p.m.

- An educationally based, certified, cyclical open ended workshop for youth

- Who’s your Hero?
- A socialization based program for young girls to gather and enhance communication skills, self esteem and build relationships through a number of activities including arts and crafts, games, movies and projects
- For girls only 9 – 12 years old
- Friday 3 p.m. – 4:30p.m.
