ADULT SPORTS LEAGUE REGISTRATION
PROCESS
All teams interested in participating
in one of the many adult sports leagues can pick up
a registration packet at the RC Family Sports Center
(9059 San Bernardino Road) or Central Park (11200 Base Line Road). A completed team roster
(including signatures of individual team members and driver's license numbers)
and the league registration fee should be submitted
to Central Park during the registration period.
It is important for each player to
supply all the necessary information at the time of
registration. Players who have not completed all of
the necessary information on the team roster will
be crossed off when the roster is submitted and will
need to complete an add/drop form to be added back
to the team roster.
NOTE: We cannot guarantee returning
teams a spot in the same league they played in before.
Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served
basis. Team registrations will not be accepted without
a completed roster and full league registration fee.

for a team to play on.
YOUTH SPORTS LEAGUE REGISTRATION PROCESS
The City of Rancho Cucamonga forms
the teams in the youth sports leagues based on size,
age and ability. Prior to forming each team, the Community
Services Sports Division staff conduct skills assessment
workshops to properly place each child on a team.
Children are registered individually at the Goldy
Lewis Community Center at Central Park, 11200 Base Line Road (Base
Line & Milliken) or Lions Center East, 9191 Base
Line Road (between Hellman & Beryl).
