Emphasizing flexibility, stretching, and strength, Pilates is ideal for mature adults because the non-impact exercises are gentle on the joints. Pilates is a highly effective way to shape up, slim down and feel great. On emphasis on movement quality, posture and breathing makes Pilates a safe, challenging and revitalizing workout.
