Facility and Park Rental Fees

Facility Rental Fees

The following rooms are available for rental:

  • James L. Brulte Senior Center:  David Dreier Hall (East and West), Timber Mountain, Gold Ridge, Game Point, Crafters Den, Clay Creek and Catering Kitchen.  Click HERE for interactive map.
  • Goldy S. Lewis Community Center: Rancho Cucamonga Hall (Alta Loma, Cucamonga and Etiwanda), Mesa Courtyard, Bear Flat, Grizzly Gulch, Big Horn, Creative Corner and Catering Kitchen.  Click HERE for interactive map.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee for all room rentals shall be assessed as follows:

  • 14 or more calendar days notice - full refund of all fees
  • 7-13 working days notice - 50% refund of all fees
  • 1-6 working days notice - 25% refund of all fees
  • No notice (no shows) - refund of damage/security deposit only.

 

Facility Decorating Discount

Rooms may be reserved for up to two (2) hours at the rate of 50% of the normal room rental rate for the purposes of set-up and removal of decorations.

 

Overtime Fee

For rentals that go over in time from their rental contract a fee will be assessed equal to staff cost plus rental fee to be calculated at a rate of time-and-a-half.

The fees for picnic shelters vary. To determine which fee applies to your group, please read the following group descriptions, then find the corresponding fee on the table below.

Park Special Event Areas

Included in this classification are the following sites. Hourly rental fees are noted in the table below. A damage deposit
and police/private security fee may be assessed depending on the activity and/or number of participants.

Red Hill Community Park - event area defined by amphitheatre, adjacent grass covered bowl area and picnic shelters.
Event area does not include lake, restrooms, playground or open park space immediately surrounding the lake.

Heritage Community Park - event area defined as picnic shelters and grass bowl area adjacent to the east and south
of the shelters. Perimeter defined by property edges to the east and south; sports field border to the west; park entry
to the north. Event area does not include: playground, sports fields, Equestrian Center or equestrian trail.

Central Park – Event area defined as large elliptical grass area northeast of the Senior/Community Center and
immediately adjacent grass areas. Event area does not include: playground.  Click HERE for a map of the area.

Pacific Electric Trail (PET) Staging Area – Event area defined adjacent to the PET at Central Park immediately north
of the Senior/Community Center.  Click HERE for a map of the area.
