1. What is the difference between a reservable park and a non-reservable park?

The City of Rancho Cucamonga has seven parks with reservable picnic shelters. Those parks are: Coyote Canyon, Day Creek, Heritage, Hermosa, Milliken, Red Hill and Victoria Arbors.  All other picnic areas in the city parks are considered to be non-reservable and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Non-reservable parks are designed for simple picnics and barbeques and not large special events.  Specialized equipment, such as moonbouncers, are NOT allowed at non-reservable parks and can only be used with written authorization from the City of Rancho Cucamonga.  For more information on specialized equipment, click HERE.
