How to Register

There are many easy ways to register for classes offered through the Community Services Department. If you have specific questions regarding class availability, registration deadlines, etc., please contact the Registration Staff at (909) 477-2765.

Mail-in
Send in your registration forms as early as possible.

Drop Box/Walk-In
A drop box is available at Lions Community Center East, 9191 Base Line Road.

You may walk-in your registration Monday - Friday anytime between 8 am - 8 pm. and Saturday from 9 am - 3 pm (Goldy S. Lewis Community Center) or Monday -Thursday 8 am - 1 pm and Friday and Saturday 9 am - noon (Lions Center East).

Drop box registrations will be collected each morning and added to that days mail.

Fax-In
Complete the registration form, including box #4 on the form with your credit card information (we accept either Mastercard or Visa). Fax completed form to (909) 477-2783

On-Line
Many of our activities are available for registration on-line. Click on the Instant RC logo on our main page for more information.

In all cases except on-line, you will need to fill out a registration form, which can be found inside your Grapevine or you may download the form by using the link at the top of this page.

Important Notes!

  • Registration will NOT be accepted at classes.

  • Send a separate check for each class (make payable to the "City of Rancho Cucamonga").

  • Call our office at 477-2765 if you do not receive a receipt or contact Bea Smiderle.

  • Proof of age is required for all 2 and 3 year old students. You will be notified if class is canceled.

  • Refunds and Transfers for Contract Classes will be issued prior to the second class meeting.

  • There is a $10.00 service charge on checks returned from the bank.

  • Non-residents: There is a non-resident fee of $10.00 that applies to each class.

  • Scholarships available for residents, call or email Bea Smiderle.
